YOUR VOUCHER AND RENDEZVOUS POINT:

Please present your voucher 10 - 15 minutes before departure to the staff at Rendezvous point of your tour. The location of the rendezvous point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. If you are not sure please email programs@aldercreek.com for confirmation.  We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

AVAILABILITY:

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.  Some programs may be shortened in duration depending on the number of participants. 

IMPORTANT:

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

Tips for guides and coaches are never expected but always appreciated.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Pacific Northwest is a dynamic and often unpredictable environment. All activities are run/fun rain or shine. All programs are conditions dependent and may change at any time at our discretion. In order to keep our programs affordable a minimum number of participants may be required. If we are unable to fill a program to a minimum requirement level we reserve the right to cancel the program. A full refund will be provided in the event of a cancelled or re-scheduled activity upon request. Please allow 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes in your reservation for basic classes and tours.  Full Immersion programs require 2 weeks notice, Paddle Power Camps require 3 weeks notice, and San Juan Islands Tours require 4 weeks notice.
