River Days - Pyranha Half Slice Demo

Please be aware that this is a demo event and stern squit clinic, and there will be limited instruction, from Pyranha team paddlers and Alder Creek instructors.

Attendees are expected to come prepared with the knowledge and ability to operate their own craft and must bring all necessary and appropriate safety equipment.

Previous experience required.

We invite you to join a great day with Pyranha kayaks, trying out some awesome half slices and stern sqiurt clinic. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow paddlers, demo some awesome half slice boats, learn/pratice some fun skills and enjoy a great outing in our local waterways.

Please note that previous paddling experience is required to participate.

You are welcome to bring your own paddlecraft, or you can borrow a demo boat from us. Demos are limited, so please keep that in mind.

We look forward to seeing you there!
200 NE Tomahawk Island Dr - 200 NE Tomahawk Island Dr, Portland, OR 97217, USA
We plan to meet up at 10:00 am and aim to have the shuttle set by 10:30 am. We anticipate being off the water around 3:00 pm and fully packed up by 3:30 pm.

During the trip, we will be paddling a local Class II river to continue building our skills and strengthening our community.

Approximately halfway through the run, we can pull over. This will be a good opportunity for anyone who wishes to swap boats, grab water, and address any questions that may have come up during the first half of the paddle.

Previous experience required.

We plan to meet at a local Class 2 run. The specific location is dependent on appropriate river levels and current conditions.

We will notify you of the confirmed location via email the day before the scheduled date.

If you have any questions regarding what gear or supplies to bring, please do not hesitate to contact us.
